Plan the week

A weekly plan that fits your family.

Use the course sequence as a starting point. Leave room for reading, discussion, corrections and life outside the screen.

Build a week in five steps

  1. Choose or add a learner and connect an existing course profile if you want its saved results in the report.
  2. Choose courses. Where an authored weekly plan exists, select the appropriate course week; different subjects can be on different weeks.
  3. Add those sessions to the seven-day plan. Courses without a weekly timetable use individual units or your own assignments.
  4. Move, edit or remove tasks. Add your own time estimates, outside reading and family activities. A blank estimate is not treated as zero workload.
  5. Mark assignments complete, print the plan and download a backup. Completion records organization; check learning separately.

Reading and longer assessments need real time

Read the source week’s reading assignment and timing notes before importing sessions. Supplied long-exam durations are retained when identified. Adjust other estimates after observing the learner’s actual pace; an estimate is not proof of instructional time.

Example of a balanced session

Begin with a short recall question, study a manageable explanation and its figure, attempt a changed case, then discuss a specific correction. Schedule sustained reading and longer drafts across several sessions rather than labeling a whole chapter as one task.

What the planner does not infer

A checked task does not award a grade, mark a course lesson read or prove attendance. The planner does not invent a full-year timetable for a course that has no authored week sequence.
